Website Inbox

Your website inbox is an integrated tool that can be used to interact with your visitors using customizable forms on your website.

Accessing the Website Inbox.

You can access your inbox in two ways:

Through the content manager

  1. Click the Websites tab in the content manager.

  2. Ensure the detailed view is selected. You can change this using the toggle at the top of the page, to the left of the search bar.

  3. Click Inbox on the desired website.

Though the website studio

  1. Navigate to a website.

  2. In the website toolbar click

    to the right of the toolbar.

Trash

Moving a submission to the trash

Once you have handled a form submission, you can delete it by pressing

at the top right of the submission. This will move the submission to the trash, where it will be automatically deleted after 30 days.

Recovering a submission from the trash

  1. Navigate to the website inbox.

  2. Click on the Trash tab in the left panel.

  3. Click

    at the top right of the submission.

Archive

The archive serves as long-term storage for form submissions. After 90 days, submissions are automatically archived. Archived submissions cannot be restored, but remain available for download.

Archive an individual submission

  1. Navigate to the website inbox.

  2. Click the submission you wish to archive.

  3. Click

    .

Archive submissions in bulk

All submissions you archive in bulk will be grouped together and will only be able to download as the bulk package.
  1. Navigate to the website inbox.

  2. Check the boxes for the submissions you want to be archived.

  3. Click Archive in the viewer panel.

Notifications

You can configure notifications for each website inbox to choose when you want to be notified of new submissions. Note that the site owner will be the person receiving notifications.

Enabling Notifications

  1. Navigate to the website inbox.

  2. Click

    in the top right corner of the inbox.

  3. Switch the toggle to enable notifications.

  4. Optionally, configure the frequency and time of notifications.

  5. Click Save.

Disabling Notifications

  1. Navigate to the website inbox.

  2. Click

    in the top right corner of the inbox.

  3. Switch the toggle to disable notifications.

  4. Click Save.
